Please note that the information below is the criteria we expect Dealers to comply with but do not form part of any contract entered into between You and a Dealer and cannot be relied upon when purchasing from a Dealer. Each Dealer will have their own Terms & Conditions published on their website and this should be read before purchasing any item.

We expect all Dealers on MilitariaMart to act with integrity and conduct their business in a professional and reputable manner at all times. With this in mind all Dealers wishing to be on MilitariaMart will be required to agree to and abide by the following:

• To offer a money back guarantee and honour this guarantee at all times. The minimum level of guarantee required is shown below.
• To update your site regularly and remove or identify sold items in a timely manner (maximum 7 days after the item is sold).
• That all descriptions and photographs accurately reflect the true condition of the item being described. When a general description or photograph is used to for an item this will be clearly marked as such. (e.g. The photograph shown is not necessarily a photograph of the item that will be supplied).
• You agree that all replicas and reproductions will be clearly marked as such and will not knowingly be sold as originals.
• That where the web site allows on-line transactions, these transactions are carried out through a secure server and that the secure server has a valid certificate.
• To refrain from any activity or transaction that may adversely affect the reputation of MilitariaMart.

Minimum Level of Guarantee

All items advertised on this web site are of original period manufacture unless stated otherwise. We offer a money back guarantee on all of the goods supplied subject to the terms listed below.

• Should you be unhappy with any item purchased, you should contact us by e mail within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. The item can then be returned to us, provided that it is in the condition as sent, for a full refund of the purchase price. If an item is not notified to us within this time, it will be considered as being sold. We regret that postage costs are not refundable.
• This refund offer does not apply to any goods purchased in error (including errors in translation of the text of this web site to another language), on the behalf of a third party, nor to goods that have been damaged, disassembled or tampered with after purchase.
• We supply items for collector's display purposes only & such items are not intended for actual wear or use. We do not guarantee the fitting of any clothing, footwear or headgear, nor their suitability for being worn.
• The responsibility lies with the customer to ensure that any goods ordered are allowed to be imported into your country. If an item has to be returned because it cannot be imported to your country, we can offer other goods to the same value in exchange, less any return postage & import costs incurred by us, but are unable to give a refund.
