Caterpillar Club Necktie - Ex 103 Squadron. Caterpillar Club association necktie produced by the Olympic Tie Company Croydon, dates from the 1970 / 80s once belonging to 103 Squadron air gunner Bernard Warren. His Lancaster was hit by flak on the 22nd April 1944 (ME741) on a raid to Dusseldorf he baled out and was taken POW. The necktie is in good condition with just some slight staining come with a brief history of his service. Stock no 5961

Upon hearing an air raid warning you are to proceed at once to air raid shelter no ---- taking your gas mask with you. Fairey Aviation Playing Cards. Set of promotional playing cards by John Waddington Ltd for the Fairey Aviation Company Ltd featuring the Fairey "Battle" a light bomber produced for the RAF between 1937 to 1940. Complete set of cards and its original box each card features an illustration of the aircraft. These cards date to the late 1930s and are in well used but sound condition with some fading and staining. The box is worn but sound and is missing its top flap but still make an excellent display. Printed on the inside of the box - John Wood And Son Ltd will be pleased to forward these cigarettes duty free as follows 200 for 6/6 post free to British POW, 200 for 6/6 plus postage 9d to H.M Forces Overseas. Luftwaffe Breast Eagle - Souvenir of the War. "Souvenir of the campaign in Germany 1945" featuring Luftwaffe Officers Summer Tunic Breast Eagle. These were produced in Germany just after the war to sell to allied troops as souvenirs. A wide variety of these were produced using original wartime badges. The eagle has had the pin fixing removed. Luftwaffe Cased Bomber Operational Flying Clasp. An excellent original Luftwaffe Cased Silver Bomber Operational Flying Clasp. R.S.S maker marked to reverse. The clasp is in very good condition and retains most of its original finish. The case is in good condition with just some slight damage to its finish see photographs. Luftwaffe Geschwader Hindenburg Cuff Title. A rare original wartime Luftwaffe "Geschwader Hindenburg" cuff title, blue / black cloth band with inscription embroidered in silver grey thread. The title is in good used condition with a very small amount of possible wear or moth damage which does not distract from the overall excellent appearance, shows signs of being removed from uniform. The cuff title would have been worn by all members of Fliegergeschwader Greifswald later renamed Kampfgeschwader 52 and finally Kampfgeschwader 1. A very nice original example. Stock no 7451
Luftwaffe LKp S101 Summer Flying Helmet. A good used Luftwaffe Summer Flying Helmet model LKp S101 complete with throat microphone, receivers and full wiring. Leather straps and fixings are in good order. Good clear makers label, small period repair to lining and some slight staining to outer canvas.
