11 RAF Flying Training School - China Ashtray Wartime or just post war fine china ashtray produced by Paragon featuring 11 Flying Training School crest. In overall good condition with just some slight wear. Stock no T554
1919 - Ration Book Holder. Scarce 1919 Ration book holder in good clean sound condition for its age. Printed 1919 calendar to inside also section for Treasury Notes. Press stud fixing in working order. Stock B8579
1945 Dated Parachute Regt Beret. Rare original 1945 dated maroon airborne beret (Red Beret) as used by the Parachute Regiment. Size 7 1/2 with clear printed maker (Kangol Wear Limited) and 1945 dated and WD letters (faded). In good used condition with signs of wear and age and two small hole were cap badge has been fitted. Upon hearing an air raid warning you are to proceed at once to air raid shelter no ---- taking your gas mask with you. Luftwaffe Breast Eagle - Souvenir of the War. "Souvenir of the campaign in Germany 1945" featuring Luftwaffe Officers Summer Tunic Breast Eagle. These were produced in Germany just after the war to sell to allied troops as souvenirs. A wide variety of these were produced using original wartime badges. The eagle has had the pin fixing removed. The clasp is in very good condition and retains most of its original finish. The case is in good condition with just some slight damage to its finish see photographs. Luftwaffe Geschwader Hindenburg Cuff Title. A rare original wartime Luftwaffe "Geschwader Hindenburg" cuff title, blue / black cloth band with inscription embroidered in silver grey thread. The title is in good used condition with a very small amount of possible wear or moth damage which does not distract from the overall excellent appearance, shows signs of being removed from uniform. The cuff title would have been worn by all members of Fliegergeschwader Greifswald later renamed Kampfgeschwader 52 and finally Kampfgeschwader 1. A very nice original example. Stock no 7451

R.A.F C-Type Flying Helmet - Late Pattern. R.A.F - C-Type Flying Helmet - Late Pattern, no size markings but I would suspect possible size 3 or 4 its fits a large mannequin head. The helmet is in good used condition and shows signs of use. The chamois lining is in good condition although fairly discoloured from use. Straps are in good working order. The leather is soft and supple. The helmet is fully wired with good matching A.M marked receivers. A nice example of a been there helmet. Stock no N1212

Royal Auxiliary Air Force 602 Squadron Car Badge. Good quality car badge (10 x 7 cm) for Royal Auxiliary Air Force 602 Squadron - City of Glasgow. The enamel and chrome finish is in good condition. 602 Squadron 1925 - 1957 took part in the Battle of Britain and George Pinkerton was credited with firing the first combat shots of the war 16/10/40. Fairly simple crude typical of wartime construction with "Save For Victory" transfer to rear. Condition is sound / well used with some slight damage to corners but still displays well. JP8942
Wartime National Household Dried Milk. Full unopened tin of National Household Dried Machine Skimmed Milk - from the USA and specially packed for the British Ministry Of Food. In good condition with just a small section of the paper label damaged (see photo). Stock WP2547
Wartime RAF Sweetheart Jacqmar Scarf - With Pilots Signatures Scarce wartime RAF Jacqmar head scarf which has been personally signed during the war in ink by approx. 58 pilots and airman. The scarf is approx. 75 x 83 cm is in excellent condition and retains good colour the ink signatures are clear most with squadron details etc. The scarf is decorated with RAF wings and Churchill famous speech - "Never was so much owed by so many to so few". A super item and research project. Stock no CC58214 Jacqmar. During the WW2 people found ways to show their support for the war effort through fashion. The London based textile and fashion company JACQMAR was the most notable creator of scarves featuring popular wartime motif. The scarves were expensive and when bought requires two clothing coupons each. "Happy Landings" a simple design features RAF crest and Churchill's famous Battle of Britain speech.
Womens Land Army Playing Cards The Women's Land Army Benevolent Fund playing cards. Complete set with just one joker missing. Both cards and box are in used condition and a little grubby in places. Stock no E5548
WW2 Gold Caterpillar Club Badge. A rare original gold Caterpillar Club Badge. Small gold (approx. 20mm) caterpillar with eyes set with red rubies with its original pin fixing which is slightly distorted but still works. Engraved on reverse S.A Robinson. These awards were issued by the Irvin Parachute Company for anyone whose life was saved by a Irvin Parachute. Stock no NN1212
WW2 S.C Police Steel Helmet. A good example of wartime Special Constable MKII steel helmet clearly dated 1939. White stencilled Police lettering to front surmounted by transfer "SC". The helmet is in above average condition with just some slight lose of paint finish, liner and strap are good. A nice original helmet. Stock no TH987
